Before that, Paul was the Senior Vice President Strategy & Finance at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. Paul has a background in financial planning and strategic operations, having also worked at Yum! Brands in various roles such as Director of Global Capital Strategy, Operations, & Mergers and Acquisitions. Paul's educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
