Vincent Menager is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in operations management and food service. Serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations Support at The ONE Group since May 2019, Vincent previously held key culinary leadership roles, including Vice President of Culinary and Global Corporate & Concept Chef at ME London Hotel from February 2017 to October 2018, and Executive Chef at Rhubarb Events London and Cranleigh from December 2015 to January 2017. Earlier experience includes Executive Chef positions at Sofitel St James London, where Vincent developed all F&B outlet menus and opened The Balcon in October 2010, and as an Executive Sous Chef, contributing to the development of various dining concepts. Vincent holds a Bac Pro degree from Lycee Hotelier Quercy Perigord and a BEP/CAP in cuisine from the same institution.
