Patrick Kelly

Patrick Kelly has extensive experience in product management and digital platform development, primarily in the oil and gas industry. At Chevron, from January 2015 to October 2020, Patrick served as Product Line Manager for Subsurface Data & Insights and Team Leader for the Subsurface Digital Platform, focusing on competitive analysis and product strategy. Additionally, Patrick worked as a Program Manager, managing software development programs to enhance reservoir management efforts. Following tenure at Chevron, Patrick held roles as Chair of the OSDU Forum and Management Committee Member at The Open Group, contributing to product development and cloud infrastructure initiatives. Earlier career positions include Manager of Unified Communications at Getronics and Systems Engineer at Plan Three Solutions. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Penn State University.
