Peng Robert Weisman Ph.D., Pmp, Cd

Robert Weisman PhD, PEng, PMP, CD is an accomplished professional specializing in Digital Transformation and Innovation with a strong focus on Enterprise Architecture. Currently serving as Engineer in Residence and Part-Time Professor at the University of Ottawa since January 2016, Robert has contributed significantly to the curriculum in the Digital Transformation and Innovation Program. As CEO of Build The Vision Incorporated, Robert provides mentorship and consulting to corporate and IT executives while also contributing to the development of TOGAF 9 and offering certification courses. Past roles include Chief Information Architect for the Department of National Defence, Executive Consultant at CGI leading the global Enterprise Architecture Practice, and multiple advisory positions in various government sectors. Robert's educational background includes a PhD in e-Business from the University of Ottawa and an MSc in Computer Science from the Royal Military College of Canada.
