Since the 1990s, Mags Moore has been diligently working to support the digitalisation of government and public services. With a keen focus on technical and commercial innovation, and her heart firmly in Scotland, Mags has helped to make public services better for citizens and employees right across the UK.

As director of Sopra Steria’s Citizen and Devolved Government Services, she’s responsible for a skilled and growing team of 150. One of Mags’ main focuses is driving the streamlining of identity verification across government and commercial organisations.

Her extensive experience in central and local government, healthcare and the third sector has helped to define citizen-led solutions underpinned by the pragmatic application of digital innovation.

Her passion for leadership had led to her mentoring people from a wide variety of backgrounds. She truly believes in solid leadership and cross-sector networks support the drive for citizen-led services.

Married with two teenagers she spends most weekends providing a free taxi service.
