Jenny Lorenzo, SPHR, has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and HR. Jenny is currently the Director of Talent at both NantHealth and The OpenNMS Group. Prior to these roles, they held the position of Co-Chair of the Hospitality & Entertainment Industry Partnership at Philadelphia Works, Inc. Jenny also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Lassonde Pappas & Company, Inc. and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Spectra and Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at The Omni Homestead. Jenny began their career at Vail Resorts as an HR Generalist and later became a Talent Acquisition Supervisor. Jenny holds the SPHR certification.
Jenny Lorenzo, SPHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Penn State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Jenny further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in July 2021.
