Sandra Nanita

Sandra Nanita has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sandra began their career as a Social Responsibility Department Fellow at Wells Fargo in 2009. Sandra then worked as an Advocacy Program Teacher Assistant, Community Outreach, and Office Intern at NJ SEEDS in 2010. From 2007 to 2011, Sandra served as a Financial Aid Counselor at Rutgers University. In 2018, they worked as a LEAP Youth Group Facilitator at the Resilience Advocacy Project. Sandra joined LearnServe International in 2019, where they worked as a Net Impact Evaluation Consultant, co-developing comprehensive evaluation survey tools. The same year, they also became an Associate Director of Partnerships and Wellness at The Opportunity Network. Prior to that, Sandra worked at Cool Culture from 2011 to 2019, starting as an Assistant Director of Programming. Sandra'sresponsibilities there included organizing professional development workshops and leading network meetings.

Sandra Nanita has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Latin American Studies from Rutgers University. In 2015, they attended the American Express Leadership Academy. From 2017 to 2017, they completed a course on The Empathetic Facilitator at Create Forward and also obtained certification in Adult and Youth Mental Health USA First Aid Course from the National Council for Behavioral Health. In 2018, they participated in the CreateNYC: Leadership Accelerator program at the CUNY School of Professional Studies. Sandra completed the NYC Racial Equity in the Arts Innovation Lab program at Race Forward from 2018 to 2019. Sandra recently completed the Elevate Work Executive Leadership Course at iOpening Enterprises in 2021. Additionally, Sandra was a fellow at the Latino Leaders Institute Fellowship at Rutgers University - Camden, although no specific dates are provided for this experience.
