Christine Butterfield

Christine Butterfield has significant experience in property management and office and facilities management. Christine began their career in 1999 as a Property Manager at The Opus Group®, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Property Manager at NorthMarq Companies. In 2010, they joined Kraus-Anderson Realty as a Property Manager. In 2012, they returned to The Opus Group® and served as an Office & Facilities Manager until 2022. Christine is currently the Director of Office & Facility Management at The Opus Group®.

Christine Butterfield's education history begins in 1995 when they enrolled at St. Cloud State University. Christine completed their Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate in 1999. Following this, from 2000 to 2004, Christine attended St. Thomas University where they obtained a degree in Real Property Administration with a focus on Commercial Real Estate.

In addition to their formal education, Christine has also obtained additional certifications. Christine holds a Minnesota Salesperson Real Estate License from the Minnesota Department of Commerce. Additionally, they have a certification as a Real Property Administrator from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
