Christine LaMott, SPHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational support. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The Opus Group® since August 2021, Christine reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and supports multiple business entities. In addition, Christine has been a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Dakota County Technical College since 2017 and an Adjunct Professor teaching various HR-related courses. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Restaurant Technologies and HR Director at Cameron's Coffee, among others. Christine holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's in Human Resources from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, along with an A.A.S. in Supervisory Management from Dakota County Technical College.
