Kimberly Noonan has a rich work experience, starting with their most recent role as the Chief Brand Experience Officer at The Opus Group®. In this position, they lead and manages the strategies and actions that shape the end-to-end brand experience for clients, partners, associates, and communities. Kimberly was accountable for leading all aspects of enterprise marketing and brand strategy.

Before joining The Opus Group®, Noonan worked at Polaris Industries, where they served as the Director of Global Customer Excellence. In this role, they developed and executed strategies to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints and achieve sustainable profitable growth. Kimberly also held various marketing leadership positions at Jostens and MoneyGram International earlier in their career.

Kimberly Noonan has obtained an MBA degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) degree with a major in General Management and a minor in Psychology, also from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Additionally, they participated in the Institute for Shipboard Education -- Semester at Sea program at the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied International Business and Marketing.
