Eshe Hamme

Eshe Hamme currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development at The Or Foundation Ghana since January 2024. Prior to this role, Eshe was the Chief Operating Officer at Equality North Carolina and Director of Development. Eshe also has experience in philanthropy roles at University of California, Berkeley, Silicon Valley Community Foundation, Cisco Systems, and Planned Parenthood of Central North Carolina. Eshe Hamme holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Spelman College.
