Dana Czinsky has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Dana started their career as a Producer/Board-Operator at Clear Channel Radio, where they operated sound boards for live sports talk shows and produced remote sporting events. Dana then worked as an Intern at United States Senator Charles Schumer's office, where they tracked press appearances and responded to constituents' inquiries. Dana also served as a Legislative and Press Intern at the New York City Council, drafting legislative requests and press releases. Dana worked as a Campaign Press Intern for Eric Dinallo's campaign for New York State Attorney General, where they drafted press materials and researched opponents' positions. Dana worked for over four years at HSBC, initially as a Customer Experience Associate and later as a Senior Customer Service Representative, managing branch cash and leading a team. Dana then transitioned to the tech industry, starting as a Full Stack Web Developer at General Assembly, building web applications and learning about version control and code articulation. Dana's next role was a Web Developer at Rockstar Games, where they programmed and integrated an intranet application and created additional applications based on user feedback. Dana then worked as a Software Engineer at TuneCore, collaborating on a monolith application and focusing on expanding the business. Currently, Dana is a Senior Software Engineer at The Orchard, working on overhauling payment systems and contract management, as well as participating in tech architecture and fostering diversity.

Dana Czinsky completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Political Science from SUNY Geneseo between 2005 and 2009. Later, in 2015 and 2016, Dana attended General Assembly to pursue a Web Development Immersive program. The obtained degree from General Assembly was not mentioned.
