Shannon Silver has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Shannon currently holds the position of Senior Marketing Manager at The Orchard, where they previously worked as a Brand Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Assistant at Sony Music Entertainment for a brief period. Shannon also worked as an A&R Scout at Elektra Music Group and had internships at Warner Music Group (A&R Intern at Elektra Records and Sire Records), SHAPIRO, BERNSTEIN & CO. LIMITED (Creative Intern), Bank Robber Music (Intern), and Dunvagen Music Publishers Inc (Intern).

Shannon Silver obtained a Bachelor of Music degree from New York University, specializing in Music Performance and Music Business. Shannon attended from 2014 to 2018.
