Dan Hayes

Dan is responsible for all aspects of the Trust’s operations on a day to day basis. This includes the care of the residents and tenants, the fulfilment and engagement of all colleagues, and the financial performance of the organisation. It is Dan’s responsibility to plan, implement and direct the Trust’s strategy along with his executive colleagues under the approval of the Board of Trustees. He has a strong belief in lobbying for residents and workers within Social Care who can be overlooked and undervalued by the world at large.

Dan has worked for the Trust for over 16 years. Initially joining in a HR management role and then progressing through operational and executive positions until being appointed Chief Executive in 2015.

Dan is also a Board Director of the National Care Forum which promotes quality care and maintains contact with government departments and the media to ensure the right messages are heard in the places that matter.

Dan has an active time with his young family, enjoys cycling and is a life-long Manchester City football fan.
