Matt Aldridge-Russell

Matt Aldridge-Russell currently serves as the Head of Leadership & Vocational Development at The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) since May 2021. Prior to this role, Matt was the Learning and Development Manager at James Hay Partnership from January 2020 to May 2021 and the Head of Learning and Development at Arvato from June 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a major BPO provider's development initiatives. Matt also owned and directed West Berkshire Consulting from October 2015 to July 2017, focusing on property development, bee farming, and consultancy. A long tenure at Sainsbury's from January 2000 to June 2015 included various roles such as Learning Technology Manager and Behavioral Design Specialist, where Matt was instrumental in developing comprehensive learning strategies and solutions. Matt's educational background includes a BA(Hons) in Fine Art - Sculpture from the University of Surrey (1992 - 1995), alongside earlier studies at Mander College, Bedford, Newbury College, and Tytherington County High School.
