Sara McCartney

Sara McCartney has over 15 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles. Since September 2009, Sara has held various positions at The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT), culminating in the role of HR Shared Service Manager. Prior to this, Sara worked as an Administrative Assistant at Dairy Farmers of Britain from September 2007 to June 2009 and as a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's from December 2004 to August 2007. Sara holds a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice and a CIPD Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Lincoln College.
