Ismet Kutukcu has over 12 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. In 2021, they began their current role as VP of Operations for Crave Better Foods. Prior to that, they were Director, Customer Marketing and Sales Planning for Godiva Chocolatier from 2020. From 2014 to 2020, they held various roles at pladis Global, including Regional Lead, Trade Marketing and Commercial Operations, Regional Account Manager (East Coast), Business Development Manager, and Finance Manager. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Yıldız Holding as Corporate Strategy Manager and HR Strategies and Organizational Development Specialist.

Ismet Kutukcu attended Bilkent University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
