Andrea Giles

Andrea Giles is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Retail People Partner at The Original Factory Shop since January 2022. Previously, Andrea held the position of Human Resources Manager at Sapphire Utility Solutions Ltd and worked as an HR Mobilisation Lead at Trinity Management between November 2020 and December 2021. From July 2001 to November 2020, Andrea was an HR Advisor at CEVA Logistics, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive HR advisory services across multiple contracts and sites while ensuring compliance with employment law and industry standards. Andrea holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Lancashire, attained between 1995 and 1999, and completed secondary education at John Cleveland College from 1991 to 1995.
