Dana Wax has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role as the interim Chief Administrative Officer at Osborne Association since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an independent consultant from June 2022 to May 2023. Dana also held various positions at the NYC Department of Correction, including Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, and Senior Policy Advisor from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they worked at the New York City Council as Chief of Staff and Legislative & Budget Director. Furthermore, Dana had roles at New York University as an Administrative Coordinator and at NYU School of Law as a Grants Coordinator & Department Assistant.
Dana Wax completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Dramatic Writing at NYU Tisch School of the Arts from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Health and Digital Learning at NYU, Gallatin School of Individualized Study from 2011 to 2014.
