John Porter Jr.

John Porter Jr. is an HRIS Analyst at The Bowen Center since June 2016, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of UKG HRIS by developing new workflows and processes from the previous Sage system. Prior to this role, John served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Skills Coach. From June 2007 to June 2016, John worked at Buffalo Wild Wings as a Trainer and Opening Manager, focusing on training staff and managing operations. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University Fort Wayne, earned between 2008 and 2015, and graduated with an Academic Honors Diploma from East Noble High School in 2007.
