Katelyn Harrison

Katelyn Harrison, CHRL, currently serves as the Director of Workforce Planning and Sustainability at The Ottawa Hospital since June 2018, where previous roles include Acting Manager, Talent Acquisition, Employee and Labour Relations Officer, and HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Katelyn was an HR Generalist at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care from December 2013 to June 2018 and began a career in human resources at Magna Closures & Magna Mirrors - Dortec Industries as a Human Resources Generalist from July 2012 to December 2013. Katelyn holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto (2015-2018) and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa (2007-2012).
