Sara Davis

Sara Davis is an experienced professional in Labour and Employee Relations with over 23 years of service at The Ottawa Hospital, currently serving as Manager, Labour and Employee Relations. With a focus on managing labour relations within a large, predominantly unionized healthcare organization, Sara leads a team of Labour Relations professionals and oversees the full-cycle bargaining process and the implementation of collective agreements.
