Nick has also worked as a Consultant, Head of Operations at Clarendon Lawyers, and as a Business Solutions Consultant when they were self-employed. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Slater and Gordon Lawyers, including Planning and Analysis Manager, Finance Manager - Projects, Finance Manager - Personal Injury Law, Finance Manager - Corporate, and Group Accountant. Additionally, they served as the Treasurer at Timberline Ski Lodge and had contract accounting positions. Overall, Nick Bubb has a diverse range of experiences in finance, operations, and leadership positions.

Nick Bubb obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Accountancy from RMIT University. Nick also holds a Post Grad Diploma (CA) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
