Joshua Sidebottom

Joshua Sidebottom has extensive work experience in the archery industry. Joshua started their career at Cummins Engine Company as a Service Engineer from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Keller Technology Corporation, leading the design of machines and systems for their proposals department. Joshua then joined Bear Archery, Inc. in 2011 as a Product Development Engineer, where they designed and developed innovative archery and hunting products. Joshua quickly progressed to the role of Engineering Manager, leading a team of professionals to develop industry-leading products and manage resources effectively. In 2014, they became the Director of Engineering at Bear Archery, overseeing a group of professionals and managing the intellectual property and design standards for their product line. In 2016, they joined The Outdoor Group as the Director of Engineering, and later became the Vice President of Product Development. Joshua is currently the Chief Operating Officer at The Outdoor Group.

Joshua Sidebottom attended the University of Dayton from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
