Graham Thornton is a co-founder of Change State, a recruitment marketing agency established in May 2019, focusing on all aspects of talent acquisition, including HR tech selection and programmatic advertising. As a founding member of the Talent Champions Council since January 2021, Graham emphasizes the significance of people as a company’s greatest asset. Additionally, Graham serves as an advisor for Apte, a cloud-based SaaS platform for nonprofits, and organizes DisruptHR Seattle events. Previously, Graham held various leadership positions at CareerBuilder from 2007 to April 2019, including Director of Global Solutions Architects, where strategies for client acquisition and retention were developed. Career achievements also include co-founding SeatSync and maintaining roles at Ecolab and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Graham holds a degree in Non-Profit Management and Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
