Nancy Whitacre

Nancy Whitacre is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently a member of The Outlier Project since August 2022, Nancy has held significant positions, including Human Resources Manager at The Supported Living Group and Human Resources Generalist at Whitehead Institute and King & Bishop for PCGUS. Previous experience includes managing HR functions at South Shore Millwork, Bank of America, and Seconn Manufacturing Group, among others. Nancy’s expertise encompasses employee relations, benefits administration, payroll processing, and strategic HR initiatives. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University.
