Pamela Oberg

Pamela (Walters) Oberg, MA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and program management across various sectors. As the Founder of SeaBlue Strategies since August 2024, Oberg previously took a sabbatical after the loss of a parent and a corporate restructuring. Notably, during tenure at Cognia from July 2019 to June 2023, Oberg served as Vice President across multiple functions, including Partnerships and Solutions, driving strategic improvements in partnership engagement and client experience.
