Lilia Barrera

Lilia Barrera has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Their most recent position is as the Vice President Operations at The Outpost, where they have been employed since November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the VP Account Manager at the same company from June 2021 to November 2021.

Before joining The Outpost, Lilia served in the US Army for several years. From September 2019 to October 2020, they were the Recruiting Company Commander, holding a senior management position. Prior to that, they were the Company Commander (Senior Manager) at the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) from December 2017 to July 2019. Lilia also served as an Intelligence Officer in Charge (Section Lead) at the 82nd Airborne Division from May 2016 to December 2017, and as a Senior Collections Manager and Special Security Officer (Operations Manager) at the same division from May 2015 to February 2016.

Additionally, Lilia had various roles within the United States Army Special Operations Command, where they served as a Cultural Support Team Leader (Program Manager) from October 2013 to July 2014. Lilia also worked as an Assistant Intelligence Officer at the 25th ID from October 2011 to July 2013.

Lilia began their career in the US Army as an Intelligence Analyst in April 2000, and later became a Senior Intelligence Analyst from September 2007 to December 2008.

Throughout their career, Lilia has held positions of increasing responsibility and has acquired valuable management and leadership skills.

Lilia Barrera obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of the Incarnate Word between the years 2008 and 2011.
