Swapna Kulkarni

Swapna Kulkarni has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2013 to 2019, they founded and led Hopscotch and Doodles, where they designed STEM learning experiences, taught workshops, and managed the business. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as the Principal of Swapna Design. In 2022, they founded Lens & Ladder and served as the Founder/CEO. Currently, in 2023, they hold the position of Director of Strategic Innovation Solutions at The Outpost.

Swapna Kulkarni's education history includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Development with a focus on Technical Training and Development from Clemson University, obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completing their studies from 1998 to 2001. Swapna also holds a Diploma in Electronics and Video Engineering from St. Xavier's College, where they studied from 1994 to 1997, specializing in Entertainment Electronics.

Additionally, Swapna Kulkarni has obtained various certifications over the years. Swapna completed a course on Systems Thinking in Public Health from John Hopkins University via Coursera in June 2020. In May 2020, they completed a course on Community Change in Public Health also from Coursera. In November 2019, they obtained a certification in Advanced Styling with Responsive Design from Coursera. In October 2019, they completed a course on Interactivity with JavaScript from Coursera, and in September 2019, they finished a course on Introduction to HTML5 from Coursera. In May 2019, they obtained a certification in Interaction Design from the University of California San Diego. In March 2019, they earned a Growth Master Certification from GrowthHackers. Earlier, in December 2018, they completed a course on Fundamentals of Graphic Design from Coursera. Swapna also holds a Wharton Online Alumni certification from Wharton Online, which they obtained in October 2018. Lastly, in March 2018, they completed a course on Design: Creation of Artifacts in Society from Coursera.
