Tanya Dhawan

Tanya Dhawan serves as the Director of International Programming at The Big Red Group since December 2022, after previously holding the position of Campus Head for Delhi at Pearl Academy from June 2022 to December 2022. Additionally, Tanya is a member of The Outreach Collective (TOC) since May 2023. Tanya's experience at The Big Red Group includes a prior role as Head of Sales and Operations from January 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities involved leading sales initiatives for an edtech company focused on experiential programs from Ivy League institutions. Prior to that, Tanya worked at MBAGuru for over 14 years as Senior Manager of Sales and Student Relationship, overseeing the complete admissions cycle for MBA aspirants. Tanya began their career at YFU India as Inbound Students Incharge, facilitating cultural exchange programs and resolving student grievances. Tanya holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Delhi University.
