Karen Marino

Karen Marino has extensive experience in the hospice and healthcare industry. Karen began their career in 1998 as an RN case manager at VNA Care Network & Hospice, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a regional clinical manager at Guardian Hospice. In 2011, Karen joined Beacon Hospice as a Director of Operations, a role they held until 2014. Karen then became the Executive Director at Hospice of Western and Central Massachusetts, where they worked until 2020. Currently, Karen is the Director of Care Coordination and Health Transitions at The Overlook.

Karen Marino obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Media Systems and Management from Westfield State University between 1980 and 1984. Later, from 1995 to 1997, they earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Springfield Technical Community College.
