Arnaldo Pellini

Arnaldo Pellini is the Director and Co-founder of Capability Oy, an interdisciplinary network focused on innovative methodologies for addressing complex social and environmental governance challenges since October 2018. As a Senior Associate Researcher at the Overseas Development Institute since April 2008, Arnaldo has led significant research projects and political economy analyses aimed at enhancing government capabilities in social and educational policy-making. Previous roles include Specialist in Research Management and Policy Advocacy at UNDP, Local Governance Advisor with GIZ in Cambodia, and Project Coordinator with Uniservices at the University of Jyväskylä. Arnaldo holds a PhD in Education and Development from the University of Tampere and an MPhil in Economic Development from the University of Glasgow.
