Andy Dent has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andy started their career as a Duty Manager at Kemp Welch Leisure Centre and later served as a Fitness/Duty Manager at Two Riversmeet Leisure Centre. Andy then worked as a Training Coordinator at Locomotivation, where they managed a case load of apprentices and students. After that, they joined ICON Vocational Training as a Regional Quality Manager, responsible for managing all areas of business within their region. Andy then moved on to David Lloyd Leisure, where they served as a Sports Manager in Bristol North, managing various departments and achieving strong financial performance. Andy later joined Virgin Active as a General Manager in Bristol and Gloucester, overseeing club operations and driving member satisfaction. Following that, they worked at The Institute of Leadership & Management as a Business Development Manager, focusing on building and accrediting leadership and coaching programs. Andy then joined ILM as an ILM Territory Business Manager, leading a team and managing strategic accounts. Currently, Andy is working at The Oxford Group as the Director of Solutions Innovation and People, responsible for driving innovation, leading marketing strategy, and building relationships with clients for improved performance.
Andy Dent attended Martin Kemp Welch School from 1994 to 1998, but no degree or field of study was specified. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a L5 Certificate in Human Resources Management from CIPD in July 2016.
