Sara Peronto has a diverse work experience in marketing, public relations, and event coordination. Sara started their career as a Development Associate at BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF GREATER MILWAUKEE, where they assisted with fundraising efforts. Sara then became a Development/Special Events Coordinator, responsible for planning and executing major fundraising events.

Afterwards, Sara worked at Penfield Children's Center as a Development Coordinator, where they expanded the organization's donor base through strategic resource development. Sara also served as a Senior Development Officer, managing fundraising efforts and coordinating special events. Later, they became the Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing and communication efforts, including social media and advertising.
