Susan Lauher

Susan Lauher has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Susan currently serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Pace Gallery, where they play a pivotal role in supporting and showcasing contemporary artists and exhibitions worldwide. Prior to their current role, Susan held the position of Chief People Officer for Choreograph at GroupM, where they led people strategy and teams for global data and technology organizations within WPP & GroupM. Susan also worked as the SVP, Director of Human Resources at Publicis and as the Director of Human Resources at both Euro RSCG and Merkley + Partners. Additionally, Susan started their career as a Recruitment Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout their career, Susan has showcased their expertise in areas such as organizational change, talent management, learning and development, recruitment, and employee retention.

Susan Lauher holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Dickinson College. Susan is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs. Susan also holds several certifications including the Columbia Credential Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC) from Teachers College, Columbia University, the Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification - Online from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, and the Columbia Coaching Certification Program from Columbia University in the City of New York. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Training and Organizational Development from New York University.
