Kelly Kim has a diverse range of work experience. In 2023, they worked as a Social Impact Intern at Electronic Arts (EA), the Director of Marketing & Communications at The Pad Project, and the Director of Student & Client Affairs at Trojan Tech Solutions. In 2022, they held multiple roles at USC Scholars Leading Scholars, including Fundraising Chair, Mentor, and Content Creation Committee member. Kelly also served as an Outreach Assistant for the Honesty Hour Podcast and a General Member at MOVE (Marshall Outreach Volunteer Entrepreneurs) in 2023. Additionally, they worked as a Public Relations Staff member for USC Korean Culture Night Production, a General Member at USC Society of Women in Law, and an Assistant Creative Director at USC OWN IT. Prior to these experiences, Kelly worked as a Web Designer and Senior Instructor at Taekwondo Mission Development Institute from 2017 to 2022 and as a Public Relations Officer at Footprints Christian Club from 2020 to 2022.
Kelly Kim attended Cupertino High School from 2018 to 2022, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Subsequently, from 2022 to 2025, they enrolled in the University of Southern California, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General, and earned their Bachelor's degree. Alongside their academic pursuits, they also obtained certifications in the Robert J. Coury Applied Leadership Program from USC Marshall School of Business in May 2023 and in Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy in March 2023.
