Prior to this, Nancy held the position of Director of Enrollment Management at Albizu University - Miami Campus from 2018 to 2023, where they were responsible for implementing enrollment strategies and collaborating with senior leadership and faculty. Before joining Albizu University, Nancy worked at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine as a Sr. Program Coordinator from 2012 to 2018. Nancy also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at the University of Miami from 2006 to 2012.
