Lois Cornell serves as Executive Vice President of the Massachusetts Medical Society since June 2016, contributing to the education and advocacy for over 25,000 physicians and students. Additionally, Cornell is a board member of Massachusetts Health Quality Partners and the Pan-Mass Challenge, where involvement as a 25-year rider has helped raise significant funds for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Former leadership positions include Board Member and Past President of the American Health Lawyers Association and various roles at Tufts Health Plan, where management included overseeing legal, compliance, and human resources departments. Cornell holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and an Advanced Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School.
