Kyla Smith is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at The Pancake Parlour since October 2015, overseeing all HR functions with a team of five direct reports. Previously, Kyla was the Human Resources Manager at Novotel Melbourne St Kilda, managing HR processes for a 4-star property, and held the position of HR/OHS Coordinator at Sofitel Melbourne On Collins, where Kyla collaborated on Occupational Health and Safety management. Kyla's career with The Pancake Parlour began in June 2004, progressing from various operational roles to HR Coordinator. Currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from Charles Sturt University, Kyla combines extensive hands-on operational experience with a strong focus on HR management and compliance.
