Previously, Katherine held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Priority Power INC from March 2022 to April 2025 and was the Executive Vice President of Technology at Shell Energy from May 2018 to November 2021, where responsibility included aligning technology strategies with business needs across diverse energy portfolios. Katherine's earlier career at APX, Inc. spanned various leadership positions focused on expanding product management and operational strategies, significantly impacting market share in renewable energy and environmental products. Katherine's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Rockhurst University.
