Rachel Parker

Rachel Parker has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Chief Operating Officer at The Parker Group since January 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a French and Spanish Teacher at Delaware Public Schools from August 2013 to January 2016. Rachel also served as a Conversational Spanish Adjunct Professor for Adults at Delaware Technical Community College from February 2014 to June 2014. From February 2012 to July 2013, Rachel worked as the Marketing Director at Bay to Beach Builders. Lastly, they held the position of Director of Outreach at the Governor's Office of Maryland from July 2009 to January 2012.

Rachel Parker completed their education at the University of Delaware, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Three Languages. Rachel pursued further studies in the field of education, completing graduate coursework in Secondary Education and Teaching at the University of Delaware from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rachel also holds certifications as a Highly Qualified Teacher of French K-12 and as a Highly Qualified Teacher of Spanish K-12, both obtained from the State of Delaware. Rachel also obtained certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the State of Delaware.
