Erika Brown

Erika Brown is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Partner Companies since May 2023, Erika previously held the same title at Land Home Financial Services from April 2013 to May 2023 and at the Golden State Warriors from July 1999 to June 2012. Throughout these roles, Erika has been instrumental in developing sustainable workplace capabilities and fostering a motivational culture that enhances productivity and supports rapid staff growth across various settings. Additionally, Erika has a strong background in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee benefits negotiation, onboarding, and employee relations.
