Barbara Youngs

Barbara Youngs is a seasoned consulting professional currently serving as a Partner at The Partnering Group since July 2007. In this role, Barbara has led category business planning for both perishable and shelf-stable categories, conducted contract valuation for mergers and acquisitions, and implemented training for mastery skills development. Additional responsibilities include vendor and project management aimed at enhancing private brand programs, focusing on organizational effectiveness, and developing customer teams. Prior to this, Barbara held multiple roles at HEB Grocery Company from January 1990 to October 2006, including Business Development Manager and Unit/Store Director, and contributed to the School of Retail Leadership. Barbara holds an MBA and a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
