Dana Peirson

Dana Peirson is a Partner at The Partnering Group since March 2022, specializing in assisting clients with supply chain challenges and fostering resilient organizations. Prior experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble from June 2006 to April 2022, where Dana served as Contract Manufacturing Operations Director, leading strategy across nine supply chains in four countries for various brands, and as Home Care Innovation & Supply Chain Platform Director, managing global teams to enhance brand performance. Earlier positions at Procter & Gamble included Senior Program Manager, Project Manager & Technical Engineer, and Packaging & Device Engineer, focusing on capacity expansion, sustainability, and product innovation. Dana also gained valuable experience as an intern at NASA Langley Research Center. Academic credentials include an MBA and a Master's in Strategic Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Economics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
