Mike Holcomb has a strong work experience spanning over several decades. Mike began their career at Procter & Gamble in 1982, where they served as Sales Director for almost two decades. In 2000, they joined IRI as an Executive VP/General Manager Client Service, a position they held until 2005. Holcomb then moved on to Kao Brands, where they served as VP/General Manager - US and International from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they became the SVP Global Sales at Chiquita Brands International for a year. In 2008, they joined The Partnering Group as a Managing Director, where they currently work. The Partnering Group is a global strategy and general management consulting firm focused on providing sustainable value to retail and CPG companies.

Mike Holcomb attended Wabash College from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
