Carrie McHale has over 30 years of work experience in the financial services and insurance industry. Carrie started their career as an Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance in 1990. Carrie then worked as an Operations Manager at Morgan Stanley from 2000 to 2003. Following this, they joined UBS as a Branch Administrative Manager from 2003 to 2007.

In 2007, Carrie joined The Partners Group (TPG) where they held various roles and responsibilities. Carrie started as the Director of Investments, Financial Planning, Personal Lines & Small Commercial Insurance and Life & Disability Divisions. Carrie also served as the Chief Compliance Officer for TPG Financial Advisors. Carrie later became the Managing Director of Personal & Commercial Insurance at TPG. In 2014, they took on the role of Director of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer for TPG Financial Advisors. During their time at TPG, Carrie was responsible for managing a team of over 100 employees across multiple offices in the Pacific Northwest.

Throughout their career, Carrie has demonstrated strong leadership and compliance skills, making their a valuable asset to any organization in the financial services industry.

Carrie McHale completed their education in 1996, majoring in Finance with a focus on Business at Portland State University.
