Following their time there, they worked at HUB International as a Claim Manager. Currently, they are working at The Partners Group as the Director of the Commercial Insurance Division. In their roles, Mary Lou has been responsible for acting as an advocate for clients during the claims process, reviewing various types of claims for coverage and settlement, and establishing claim reporting and review procedures.
