THE PARTNERSHIP PROJECT
Alicia Kolar Prevost, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of The Partnership Project since January 2022. Previously, Alicia held various significant positions, including Director of the Voter Study Group at the Democracy Fund from March 2018 to December 2021, and Founding Director of Defend Our Future at the Environmental Defense Fund from July 2014 to March 2017. Alicia also served as Deputy Director at the Climate Action Campaign DC and the Democratic National Committee, and as Special Assistant to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. In academia, Alicia has been an Adjunct Professor at American University’s Campaign Management Institute since May 2008. Alicia holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a PhD in Political Science from American University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

THE PARTNERSHIP PROJECT, (PP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia, United States. We provide fiscal sponsorship and organizational support to environmental campaigns and partners, creating space for them to focus on their work to heal our environment and sustain it for future generations. Founded in 1999, we’ve had a single purpose from the beginning: to help organizations who are working to protect our environment and sustain it for future generations. As a fiscal sponsor, convener, and collaborator, we exist to support the work of our partner organizations in the environmental movement.
