Emily Hunsaker

Emily Hunsaker serves as the Director of People Operations at THE PARTNERSHIP PROJECT, an environmental fiscal sponsorship organization, since December 2023. Previously, Emily held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the Sierra Club, supporting environmental and social justice initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Virginia, where Emily led various human capital management aspects, and positions in human resources and management at Marshall Retail Group, The Children's Place, Delias, and EXPRESS, demonstrating extensive expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational compliance. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
