Jarrod currently serves as the National Director of Talent Acquisition at The Parts Authority, where they have successfully built and managed a national talent acquisition team. In this role, they upgraded the company's systems and processes with advanced hi-tech talent management software, enabling them to efficiently fill high-volume vacancies and niche market positions with qualified candidates.

Prior to this, Jarrod worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources in the US Army since October 2005. Jarrod has also held positions as an HR Business Partner/Talent Acquisition at Brookhaven National Laboratory from June 2015 to December 2017 and as a Managing Director at Huntington Learning Center from December 2004 to September 2005.

Jarrod's career started at Briarcliffe College, where they served as a Senior Recruiter from August 2002 to October 2004.

Jarrod Rostron obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Franklin and Marshall College, although the dates of their attendance are unspecified.
